Hey there! We’re Carol, James, Calvin, and Amelia, a full-time traveling family redefining what life looks like outside the 9-to-5. We swapped the idea of “one day” for right now, packed up our lives into a 31-foot vintage Airstream named Colletta, and set out to collect moments, not things.
Our mission? To inspire, equip, and encourage other families to break free from the conventional, embrace adventure, and see the world, whether for a weekend trip or a lifetime journey.

Meet Colletta
Colletta [ /kolˈlet.ta/ ] From Latin collecta, meaning to collect, gather, or bring together. Also, the namesake of Colletta di Castelbianco, an ancient Italian village where we once dreamed of retiring, until we asked ourselves: Why wait?
Our Airstream, lovingly restored by hand, was the starting point of this wild adventure. But Colletta is more than just a trailer — it’s a mindset. A commitment to chasing the extraordinary, living simply, and putting family time first.
